Safe Barriers Traffic Barriers
Perkins builders needed 300 traffic barriers to be used on the runway to protect workers from runway vehicles and traffic whilst upgrading the departure gates at Terminal 1. Traditional water barriers could not provide the protection required.
Statewide Property Services supplied and installed over 300 Safe Barriers to the runway and apron areas. The Safe Barriers provide the least amount of deflection and with the debris screens above can provide ongoing protection to workers, plant and equipment.
The Safe Barriers supplied have been approved by Perth Airport for crucial runway works. They provide adequate protection for workers and are few standing meaning they can be moved as required without the need to fix down into the concrete surface.
